Services and products may not be available in all jurisdictions. Eligibility for any programme depends on identity verification, suitability and compliance procedures, the applicable product terms, and the law of the jurisdiction in which you are resident.

Where a service is delivered through a brokerage firm, that firm's own terms, fees, regulatory status and account documentation govern the brokerage relationship. FBW Capital should not be represented as the broker unless expressly stated for a particular regulated entity or service.

We may update this website, its content, and these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you choose to give us — for example your name, email address, phone number and the content of an enquiry — so that we can respond to you and, where relevant, assess eligibility for a programme.

Where onboarding requires it, we or a participating broker may collect identity verification and suitability information in order to meet compliance obligations. Information is shared with third parties only where it is necessary to deliver a service you have asked for, or where we are required to do so by law.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Requests can be sent to info@fbw.digital.

Cookie Policy

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly, to remember your session where you log in, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect parts of the site, particularly account areas that depend on a session.

Partner Agreement

Participation in the FBW Capital partner network is subject to approval, compliance requirements, and the applicable partner agreement. Compensation depends on the applicable programme, client activity, jurisdiction, contractual terms, and compliance requirements, and is not guaranteed.

Partners must not:

• Guarantee profits
• Promise fixed returns
• Misrepresent historical performance
• Hide trading risks
• Make unauthorized investment claims
• Misrepresent FBW Capital
• Misrepresent a broker
• Use misleading advertising

Statements made by a partner outside the terms of their agreement do not bind FBW Capital, and breaching these rules may result in termination of the partner agreement. See the Compensation Plan for how partner rewards are structured.

Investment Disclosure

Investment or capital-participation opportunities are offered only through structures designed for eligible participants and subject to applicable laws, regulations, terms and jurisdictional restrictions. Participation amounts, minimum withdrawals, fees, liquidity conditions, settlement periods, high-water-mark methodology and loss treatment are set out in the relevant product agreement.

Complaints Policy

If you are unhappy with something we have done, tell us. Send the details to info@fbw.digital with your name, the account or programme concerned, and what you would like us to put right.

We will acknowledge your complaint and investigate it. Where a complaint concerns a brokerage account or a service provided by a brokerage firm, it may also need to be raised with that firm under its own complaints procedure.
