Our Partner Compensation Philosophy

We believe people who help build valuable communities should be rewarded transparently. FBW Capital may offer compensation to eligible partners based on defined activities and performance criteria.

Qualifying Activity

What Compensation May Be Associated With

Depending on the programme structure, compensation may be associated with any of the following.

Qualified Client Referrals

Introductions that meet the qualifying criteria of the applicable programme.

Trading Activity

Activity generated within supported trading environments under the relevant terms.

Brokerage Relationships

Arrangements with participating brokerage firms, including IB and master-IB structures.

Partner-Generated Business

Business developed by a partner within their defined market or community.

Performance-Based Arrangements

Arrangements tied to defined performance criteria set out in the partner agreement.

Other Qualifying Activities

Further activities may qualify where the applicable programme provides for them.

All compensation is subject to applicable agreements, compliance requirements, eligibility criteria, and jurisdictional restrictions.

No Guaranteed Income

Partner Compensation Is Not Guaranteed

Income depends on actual qualifying business activity and the terms of the relevant partner programme. There is no fixed, promised or guaranteed amount.

Anyone presenting FBW Capital partner compensation as a guaranteed income is doing so outside the terms of our partner agreement.

Actual qualifying business activity
Client activity under the relevant terms
The jurisdiction in which the partner operates
Contractual terms of the partner agreement
Compliance and eligibility requirements

Partners must never guarantee profits, promise fixed returns, misrepresent historical performance, hide trading risks, make unauthorized investment claims, misrepresent FBW Capital or a broker, or use misleading advertising.
